The following text outlines the terms of use for all BubiBlock products, services and website.

1. Acceptance of Terms

The contract below outlines BubiBlock’s terms of service (“the Agreement”). By downloading, installing and using BubiBlock’s products and services (“the Services”) you agree and acknowledge that you have read and accept this Agreement in its entirety, and agree to be bound by its terms. These terms of service apply to all users of the Services, including users who have purchased our products.


2. Amendments

BubiBlock reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace the terms of this Agreement at any time. If the alterations constitute a material change, BubiBlock will notify you by posting an announcement on the BubiBlock website. What constitutes a material change will be determined at BubiBlock’s sole discretion. You shall be responsible for reviewing and becoming familiar with any such modifications. Using our Services following notification of a material change to this Agreement shall constitute your acceptance of the Agreement as modified.


3. Terms of Service

BubiBlock is providing this service on an “as is, as available” basis without representation or warranty of any kind. BubiBlock does not guarantee as to the continuous availability of the service or of any specific feature(s) of the service. BubiBlock will inform you of any significant changes to the service it may occasionally make.


4. Products Licensing

The Bubiblock Blocks is licensed under the GPL version 3 (click here to find out more about the GPL).


5. Plugin Delivery

After we have processed your payment successfully, you will receive an email with your order number and other purchase information. Your license key is available in your account area along with your plugin downloads. You can download the plugin by logging into the account created for you when purchasing the plugin and clicking on the appropriate link. Should you not receive an email containing your information, you can contact us through contact form to request your purchase information. Access to re-download purchased files will be granted so long as your license key is valid. If a license key expires, download access to the associated files will be discontinued until such time as the license key is renewed.


6. Warranty

BubiBlock makes no representation, warranty, or guarantee as to the reliability, timeliness, quality, suitability, availability, accuracy or completeness of the Services. BubiBlock does not represent or warrant that (a) the use of the Services will be secure, timely, uninterrupted or error-free or operate in combination with any other hardware, software, system or data, (b) the Service will meet your requirements or expectations (c) errors or defects will be corrected, or (d) the Services are free of viruses or other harmful components.

In addition to the above disclosure, BubiBlock is licensed under The GNU General Public License; Version 2 (v2). For the developers’ and authors’ protection, the GPL also clearly explains that there is no warranty explicitly implied for the use of BubiBlock or it’s derivatives.


7. Privacy Policy and Data Protection

The customer acknowledges that it is necessary for BubiBlock to collect, process and use customer data in order to process orders, purchases and manage VAT.


8. Licensing

Licenses are valid for one year from the date of purchase. A valid and active license key is required in order to get updates and support for purchased products. After one year, license keys may be renewed.
We also have lifetime licenses, with which you can have updates and support forever.


9. Pricing

Prices of all products are subject to change. Notice of price changes will be made on the site.


10. Software Updates

Updates are included for free for one year if you have a valid and active license key.
Updates will be delivered automatically from the WordPress dashboard.


11. Support Services

Support for purchased products is given up to one year after the purchase date. If you wish to get support after one year, you must renew your license key or purchase a new license for the Block you wish to get support for.


12. Refund Policy

We firmly believe in and stand behind our products 100%, but we understand that they cannot work perfectly for everyone all of the time. If you would like to request a refund, please open a “Refund Request” support ticket. When requesting a refund, we respectfully ask that you meet the following refund policy conditions:

You are within the first 15 days of the original purchase of the Block.
We cannot grant refunds after the first 15 days of the original purchase.
We cannot grant refunds on renewal payments.
You have an issue that we are unable to resolve which makes the system unusable. We may ask you questions regarding the nature of your refund request so we can improve the Block in the future.
If your issue(s) comes from not being able to install the Block properly or get the plugin to perform its basic functions, we will happily consider your refund request.
You have contacted our support team and allowed us to attempt to resolve your issue(s), or have explained why the Block will not work for you.
Please note, technical issues caused by 3rd party plugins or other software will not provide grounds for a refund.
You agree to deactivate and uninstall the plugin from your site if a refund is granted.
Refunds will be offered at our sole discretion. By purchasing Blocks from our site, you agree to this refund policy and relinquish any rights to subject it to any questions, judgment or legal actions.
